I didn't have to interview since I was one fo the first to come into the
company. I was part of 90% of the interviews after I started. The goal
was to hand pick the people who worked for Ocean and to make sure they
would fit into our culture. The interviews lasted all day and you would
usually see 7-10 people. The prospective employee would talk to people
in all of the disciplines of the comoany since they would have to
interact with them all.
