I was very nervous because you must pass the 6 weeks of training to even
make it to the floor. When interviewed the main question I remember
is "How will hiring you be an asset to this company". You are only
interviewed once and the interviewer was very friendly and down to
earth. I did the interview with a lady named Jane from the Human
Resources Department. There was extensive background check check but
that part did not bother me and there was a drug test also. I was
notified in days that i was hired and asked when I could start. Before
you make a decision when to start you are given the dates of all the new
hire classes then you choose.
