Within Tech/Ops there is this obnoxious self proclaimed "bastard" who is a former headhunter. This guy is so offensive,I almost did not join becuase I was required to sit through a one hour interview with this bag of wind who asked every illegal question in the book, disparaged his HR counterparts and used obscene language. He also is so arrogant and has no grasp of the business. Why isn't anyone within the Human Resources Dept doing something about him? Overall, DB is a fabulous firm but it bothers me that jerks like this are representing us in a most unprofessional light.
