He liked me and decided to have a technical consultant call me for a technical interview. Second Round - Technical Interview over the phone. Asked me lots of questions about C#. Differences between Java and .NET. There were not too many behavioral questions, mainly wanted to see I knew what I was talking about technically. Third Round - Face to face at the NY office. Met with 1 partner and 2 senior managers. Drilled me about team-work and asked lots of behavioral questions, give me a situation where you got into a conflict with a supervisor, stuff like that.
