Business casual, very diverse, hours and schedules change often, very
hard to hit expected quotas, little chance for advancement,
uncomfortable work place because of noise. in a temporary site at this
time as the actual building is being constructed. everchanging faces
in
a revolving door type environment. too big, corporate america at it's
worst. very strict rules instead of a relaxed work environment. they
have many other ways to compete, as far as airpoints, contests, gift
cards, 1 impressive thing is the expo agenda, where venders are on
sight
and there are lots of demos, samples, normally a free lunch, and
contests. that does help to become knowledgeable about merchandise and
service they want us to upsell to customers. calls are monitered
constantly and employees are held to a script and checklist that is
mandatory. just by not trying to upsell a single item on checklist can
result in corrective actions. the corrective policies are not applied
to
all employees in a consistent manner. top performers are often not
held
to the same guidlines and rules as others. departments have different
policies and rules. the employment information given before and after
hiringg was mostly false.
