Very optimistic as they make huge profits off their customers and
employees. Opening call centers world wide and shipping many jobs out
of country. this company centers on people in mid twenties for
employees, that will work 60-70 hour weeks at no overtime pay since it
is salary. Claim that they are very concerned about a balance of work
and home life. If you are looking for sweatshop hours and pay this is
the job for you!! too bad that isn't in the advertisements. this
company is very strong, controlling a huge share of the market, and
could easily become a monopoly. Comparable to Microsoft. This
company does an immense amount of advertising, and at this time is
involved in legal actions that reflect their methods of advertising and
conflict about their financing. some feel they are borderline on bait
and switch for items they advertise. many ads are for certain
departments and do not apply to the average consumer. having worked for
a different large computer related company I am a little amazed at the
tactics this company uses. as a monopoly I would imagine they will
suffer a set back as did gateway. they have grown leaps and bounds
over
the last few years and continue to expand. Not sure how easily a
company
can expand into so many geographic locations and still maintain
standards and quality.
