The hiring process with this company was a very good experience. The
first interview I had was with Patty Tramposh, HR Manager. She gave me
a general view of the company and the position for which I was to be
hired. I then interviewed with the Marlene Tietjen, Sr. VP Scientific
Affairs. She asked many questions, none too difficult to answer.
Mostly regarding my experience with the FDA. The final interview was
conducted by Pat Lloyd, VP HR. This was a very interesting interview.
It was then that he informed me of the problems they were encountering
in the Consumer Relations Department. There were many personnel
problems and compliance problems. He wanted to make sure I was ready
for the task of taking on such a difficult department/position.
