I have worked for Del Laboratories for over a year now. The corporate
culture is a little tough sometimes but for the most part, this is an
enjoyable company to work for. We all work extremely hard to produce a
quality product and maintain excellent customer service. We are in the
R&D facility where the atmosphere is a little more relaxed than at the
corporate headquarters. Our Senior VP of Scientific Affairs has to be
the best boss I have encountered in my 13 years in the pharmaceutical
industry. In my department alone, I have been able to promote several
people who were very deserving of advancement. Right now we are in the
process of being bought out by an investment company, which makes us
very uneasy due to the fact that we do not know what will happen with
our jobs or the company. Overall, I am very satisfied with the company.
