Job Title Interview Survey
Accounting Intern I went through only one round of interviewing because I initially interviewed for a summer accounting intern position. This was the first year they had a summer program like the one they offer now, so there was only one round. I then came back for a second summer and was given a full-time offer at the end of the second summer. Some of the questions that were asked included: "If you didn't major in Accounting, what would have been your second choice?" "Why do you want to work for the government as opposed to the big four?" "What are your short-term/long-term goals?" "What are some of your strengths and weaknesses?" "Can you give me an example where you exhibited leadership and what did you learn from it?" "What is one thing you wish you could learn or achieve in your lifetime?".
