Employment at this company is no nonsense. The atmosphere is very work
oriented, making you extremely productive. For the most part, everyone
is very bright, driven, and serious. I have worked at other firms where
they was constant noise making it difficult to get your work done to the
level required. The attitude of the employees here is come in get your
work done and leave. It appears as though there's not much socializing
between anyone while they're on the job. Not too much diversity and the
hours are not bad at all. Compared to New York the hours are wonderful!
Dress conservative dress code is strictly enforced and it seems to work
well for everyone. Opportunities for advancement seem fairly
attainable. If you work hard, turn in quality work, and illustrate a
passion to learn, partners will not hesitate to give you more work than
you could want. However, the opposite is also true. If you seem
generally disinterested in the work, and your work product reflects this
disinterest, more people than you think will no, and you'll find
yourself, searching for work. It's just like any other profit driven
private company...if you want the work and you do it well, you'll get as
much as you can handle (even more sometimes). So, basically, the
opportunity for advancement is there for you to take advantage of.
