Corporate culture is changing because the minds of the people are now
changing due to the new EXCO team we have at Venetia.
We dont have a real dress code, mainly that if you an office worker
then you need to look presentable and are not an officer operator you
then need to wear your safety gear.
Our hours at the town offices is from 7am until 4pm and then if you go
to the mine then there are two buses available at different times,
namely a 5.40am bus arriving at 7am at the mine and you would finish
work at 3.15pm and arrive in town at 4pm. Then the other bus is at 6.40
arriving at 8am at the mine you would finish work at 4pm and reach town
at 5pm.
