Job Title Salary Survey
HR Associate While employed at Datamonitor, financial incentives (or any incentives) to continue onboard where slim to none. Base salaries bordered on minimum wage to some, while extravagant for others. There is no true regulated salary range for employees. Signing bonuses do not exist. Year-end bonuses are a scam. The bonus plan for employees changed annually leaving the employees skeptical and demoralized. Bonuses were paid only to a few "key" employees including management ignoring most other mid to junior level employees. There was no explanation by top management as to why bonuses as well as salary increases were scarce. Time off is very fair. There was a total of 20 days off per calendar year as well as 10 public holidays. Some employees recieved perks, such as home offices. But this is only a handful. Other benefits where medical and dental (to which employees contributed to the premium) and life insurance was issued by the company. There is no matching on the 401K plan. There is also no tuition reimbursement plan. There is no training offered except for on the job training and peer to peer pass down of information.
