You were expected to write reports with no training whatsoever. There
was no support from line-managers and everyone was treated with no
respect. They did not appreciate the hours you've work. All they were
interested was the report - no matter the quality!! Since I worked from
September 03 until March 04 - over 30 DM employees left! The majority in
a bad way. The company has a very high turn-over - too many people
realising that the company does not offer any advancement, benefits or
anything. You were sucked dry!! People stay for abou 6 months and leave
for a better job!
