Datamonitor offers good products and services to its clients. However
method of delivery and internal conflicts sometimes lead to problems
with clients. There is little investment in the employees (ie training,
infrastructure, equipment) that many times the products and services end
up being mediocre. This has supressed the company and has not allowed
it to develop to its fullest potential. While it is difficult to find
an employee who is happy with their situation, the company, management
etc, most employees will say that it is a good job to have if you are
looking to spruce up your resume. It is a good learning block and a
great stepping stone.
