It is a diverse working enviroment that spans from high school grads
all the way to people with MBA's and everything inbetween. the service
department likes technical people with a military background or
technical school education. the administration staff is mostly woman
that has a lot of turn over. those ladies have to well versed in many
things in order to keep up with goings on in the office. the sales
staff usually looks for people with previous experience and a
bachelor's degree. Dress code varies by department. admin people are
corporate casual, but must be kept on a professional level. sales
people must wear business suits at all times unless its a company
sponsored dress down day. the service department had company provided
shirts to wear and have to provide their own slacks. hours are normal 8-
5, but we provide after hours service on the evenings and weekends.
since it is a smaller company opportunities for advancement are not
that frequent. turn over is not prevelent within our company, but we
are compensated well with bonuses and trips.
