sales...commission
package comprehension required a PHD in math... Did offer incentives
for hitting
target 2 yrs in a row - overachievement...
Ended up interviewing for an account exec position I had been doing
anyway due
to someone getting fired or quitting, along with my own position and
another
Senior Account position...while still hitting numbers... in the
interview, the
a**hole manager asks, "what is your favorite color and why"..became a
freakin'
psycho analysis...gee, its not like he did not see me perform in the
position &
others... Vacation time & all is standard, except this jerk would not
let you
carry over unused days from year to year..said it was there to use, so
use it.
Enough said.
