He then decided to create a situation where all of the men in the office were the sales reps & the women were the senior account reps'..or assistants. He did not post or advertise 3 new openings for sales reps, just filled them with men. Second go around, I was asked psychological questions about my favorite color, etc. These questions were posed to be by the following manager who had already seen me perform successfully in several different positions. Not the place to work.
