a) $30,000 salary with ability to make money for personality apparances
($100.00
for 2 hours) and Live action broadcasts ($200.00 for 3 hours)and a
clause to
earn
10% commission on any advertising I sell. No signing bonus or year end
bonuses
were given. I do not have a rating clause bonus because my on-air shift
is on a
satellite station. I am not compensated for the FM shift. Vacation time
included
10 sick days and 10 vacation days per year and the option to purchase
stock was
given as well. Six months into my employment a company wide freeze was
placed on
all salary raise increases. I receive a $35.00 cell phone reimbursement
as well.
401 K enrollment is not possible until one year of employment has been
fulfilled.
