Hiring process: I had an informal meeting with the Program Director in
the position I interviewed for, an interview with the Operations
manager, an interview with the Market Manager, a week of phone
negotiations with the Maket Manager and a final meeting to accept the
position which was attended by the Operations Manager and Market
Manager. The majority of the interview questions were specifically
about the station, such as: what is the target demo of the station,
what changes would I make to the station, what are the strengths and
weaknesses of the station, what was my requested salary range, what do
i see as the top 4-5 job responsiblities/ priorites for the Program
Director & the station.
