I came in looking for $70-80k. They offered me $65k along with a new
tuition
reimbursement plan. I accepted the offer as I was planning on cleaning
up my BS
at night, and the plan would allow me to do so with less financial
impact. In
terms of any perks beyond salary, I would warn that Crestron is very
keen on
loyalty. Many things you are offered may not be available to you until
you work
their for several years. In the case of my tuition reimbursement: if I
don't
continue to work here for at least 3 years after accepting the
reimbursement I
need to pay them back.
