It is not looking good at all. While they are a large firm with multiple locations, the behavior of the attorneys is not only directed at the word processing support staff. With arrogant, impatient attorneys that don't respect the support staff, they will scare off new clients and eventually lose the ones they have as their true colors grow more apparent. Too many of them are not equipped to handle their chosen professions and that is going to show in their work. Employee morale is low. The employees do not enjoy talking about their jobs and most of the people they work with and work for in the company. It is as if they are ashamed of what they have to tolerate. If you're considering working at this company, make sure you can handle this type of environment and not take anything personally.
