This network is forever confused about who they are and what they want to be.
They claim to want to become a top 10 cable network, but employee morale is at
an
all-time low. Court TV does not reward employees for doing a good job. But
rather, will scrammble at the last minute to retain someone who has been offered
another job elsewhere - too little too late, if you ask me! Instead of
promoting
from within into senior positions, they often bring someone in from the outside
often times with less expereince than current employees. And, there are various
important depts. within the network that are an organizational mess.
