Research Associate Cornerstone is an outstanding organization in that it does an excellent job of attracting some of the nation's brightest economic, accounting, statistics, and finance professionals in the country from the top schools. The culture is casual, more like a graduate school department than a corporate job, and the dress code is business casual. Diversity is consistent with that of most top economic graduate programs. Hours are horrific. On a good day, an Analyst can expect to work around 10 to 12 hours. It is not uncommon for analysts work 80 - 90 hour weeks on a regular basis. Top management gets the best undergrads in the country and treats them horribly when it comes to responsibility of opportunities for growth. The idea to bleed you for two to three years then send you off to graduate school with glowing recommendations. When you come back from graduate school, you get beaten some more.
