This is an exciting time for Coors as it is about to complete its merger
w/ Molson which positions the company to a top 5 global brewer. In
general I think employees are always nervous about change however there
is much excitement and recognition that this is the right thing to do
for the company. Our brands are turning around with renewed focus on
selling to our key customers and I believe things will only improve.
Coors is a fantastic company and there should be no concerns from
someone considering employment.
