I currently get paid $8.61/hr. However, when I first started there I was getting
paid $7.25/hr and I received a one dollar raise after I was working for the
company for 90 days. This is basically how everyone starts off. After that you
get a raise, depending on how well you perform in your job curriculum. This raise
comes every 6 months and is the maximum of about $.25. You get the raise by your
attendance and how well you can handle your calls. Other great incentives to this
job is that they give you paid time off after you have only been working for the
company for only six months. The amount of hours that you get is determined on
how many hours you normally work a week. Another great incentive with this job is
that it offers tuition reimbursement for anyone who is going to school, no matter
if they are a part time student or a full time student. Also, we do try to sell
our customers items besides just helping them out with their issue. As an added
incentive for selling items, we get commission on high value items. These items
include selling long distance for their home phone, selling internet services for
their home phone, giving them a certain option if they renew their contract, and
also getting them to add another line on their account.
