Convergys pays in the area of 8.25 to 9.00 per hour to start. Most
people don't stay long, so raises can be small. The company makes a big
deal about the bonuses they give out, but I know that the criteria they
use to decide who gets how much can reduce an apparently large bonus
amount to almost nothing.
The one shining program that I can point to in favor of Convergys is
their tuition re-imbursement program. They pay 100% of all college
class tuition costs for qualified employees. That's why a great number
of their employees are students.
