| Customer Service Representative |
My job basically consists of answering the telephones for customers who
have a Sprint cellphone. Our main goal is to provide customers with a
one and done resolution. This way they will be satisfied with their
service and not have to call back, unless they are having a hard time
on their own to resolve the situation they are encountering. The
employees here are really diverse. Mainly, most of the employees here
go to college full time and it is great opportunity for students b/c we
are able to schedule our own hours. The dress code is pretty relaxed.
So we can pretty much wear anything that we choose to, as long as it is
not too provocative or revealing. There are plenty of ways we can get
promoted. The main way is to look for poster boards with a new position
opening and apply for the position.
