Survey |
| Senior Manager |
1. Dress code -- casual (needs to be updated; many folks dress
inappropriately)
2. Little feedback from management
3. Management tends to respond to work opportunities by throwing extra
hours and bodies at a problem rather than assessing the real problem
4. Culture and values state: our people are our best resource and
respect for people is important. Yet, week-end, late and long hours
are considered appropriate for exempt folks to work
5. "Good old boy" network still alive and well
6. New executives building individual empires and pyramids rather than
looking at what's best for company
7. Want to hire best talent possible at cheapest price; salary
increases do not match hours worked at entry and mid-management level
8. Bonus pools limited to director and above; then another pool for
customer Service Representative level; none for mid-management
