Resumes are accepted for submittal to CO via the Resumix system.
Resumes are entered into a RESUMIX computer system where they are stored
and compared against the skill set the hiring manager requested for the
position. Once all resumes are received by the specified closing date,
the HR system generates a report of the qualified applicants and they
are submitted to the hiring manager in rank order. Those qualified are
contacted by HR or a department coordinator for an interview.
Initially, group interviews are conducted with a panel of approximately
3 persons, the hiring manager/direct report and 2 co-workers within the
dept.
CO uses the targeted selection interview process for all interviews.
If you pass the first round of interviews, there is a similar second
round groupr or 1-1 interview. The final candidate is then contacted
for an offer or informed that another candidate was selected. bbb
