During my tenure of nearly 17 years, I have seen the airline's ratings
go from "Worst to First" just as the CEO has written about in his book.
Since Bethune took over, the employee-management relationship has
changed drastically. Management employees enjoy a summer casual attire

that welcomes employee suggestions & inputs, perfect attendance semi-

Advancement opportunities are difficult!!! Outside of the fact that I
have a master degree and have worked in various departments throughout

rankings or into an advanced position. This aspect of the airline
industry has NOT changed and it remains with "it's not what you know,
but WHO you know" that really makes a difference in getting a management
job.
