I was simply called and asked to avail myself for an interview. I was
alone on that particular day and the hour was also flexible. Once i
arrived in the office i was introduced to the staff and actually one of
the staff who was taking me round before the actual interview talked to
me as if i had been hired. Well the final interview arrived and i sat
in a room with my boss-to-be. He used a question and answer method to
star it off and then drew me into the technical aspects and even
allowed me to explain using a diagram. I confidently did the
explanations and at the end of it all i was asked when i could possibly
start.
He after 3 days then called me back after confirming my references and
i got the job!
