Job Title Workplace Survey
Intern My Employer or Boss was a very person who made me feel free from first day at workplace. This is because i exuded confidence and my credentials spoke on my behalf. I was interviewed on the technical aspects of the job which i was quite conversant with and we agree on a very flexible work schedule per week. The office is very diverse with atleast some staff speaking any of the international and even African languages. I therefore felt very much at ease. Surprisely most of the staff are too professional and at best only offer a smile down the corridor. My Boss and those in my department were however quite good. Am yet to interact with most people in other departments in the organization. The dress code i was told is business casual and i was many a times confused when i dress up on a normal working to go to the office and seem like am dressed too officially. This is an aspect am still learning. Some people even wear jeans and i am still not certain about what business-casual really means. Oppoprtunities for advancement are there especially if you can play the organizational politics safetly and maintain a good rapport with the powerbrokers in the organization.
