The salary was not as much as I could have made by working at my current rate
per hour with overtime. The hours that everyone has to put in, it makes more
sense to stay at the laborer position. They offered some perks but not enough to
sway me to take the job. They offered stock options, and great medical benefits
but not that much more than you get at an hourly position. If you work the hours
that they schedule then you would make approximately twenty thousand a year give
or take. If you take salary it is up to you to negotiate your salry and then
they debate what they want to pay you.
