$85K, no bonus. No stock options. Allowed to "grandfather-in" vacation time
from former employer; a new employee would receive 2 weeks vacation for first 4
years; then 3 weeks. No special perks. No short-term disability; choice of 2
long-term disablity plans. 401k: company contribution equal to 1.5% of salary;
contribution made in company stock. Flexible spending plans offered for
dependent care & health care. Like most companies, healthcare plan costs have
increased for company and therefore, for employees. (I'm paying 50% more for
healthcare this year. Some of my employees' healthcare cost increases exceeded
their raises, resulting in less take-home pay from year to year.)
