Culture was very laid back... almost too much at times as it led to
inefficiency and laziness. There wasn't much diversity... all single
white males. It was a very sexist working environment. Hours were
inconsistent being in the 30's one week and the 80's the next. There was
no dress code at all. There were no opportunities for advancement. One
employee had been there for 4 years with out a raise or promotion, yet
worked the most hours of anyone at the company. The boss was a con
artist who was content hiring young guys for unpaid internships, and
after a while he'd start paying them, but they'd never get a raise
regardless of promises made. Eventually most people got fed up and left
the company, at which point the cycle began again with another unpaid
intern.
