I make $88,500 with a 10% bonus opportunity if the region meets
financial metrics. Rare that we miss the metrics, so this is a nice
bonus.
Vacation was the standard 2 weeks, but they let me 'buy' of vacation and
take a week without pay. Happy to do this and it showed creative
thinking and "getting to yes."
I negotiated a company car due to the high miles I drove and I had one
for 3 years. Then they eliminated all manager company cars. I got a
one-time check for $5,000 and a modest bump in pay to cover the loss.
And I submit miles on all business miles and that really pays the car
payment. Not the same thing as a company car, but again, they showed
good faith. Other regions got nothing when the cars went away.
