In my 5+ years with this company I have had many ups and down. There has
been many more ups than down I can tell you that, but let me go into a
little detail on what I mean. Let me start out with so I may get this
out of the way the downs that I have experienced in my career here.
First it has been the constant and ever changing or re-organizing of
personell that seems to happen about every 6 months, of course that will
put a little tension in anyone's life not knowing if they will be
included amongst the outbound group and the only other thing that comes
to mind is the changing of shifts amongst all the departments, it's like
once you get settled your shift needs to get altered again to accomodate
the so-called demand which is short lived(generally). Now on to the ups,
let me try and put this in a nutshell, ok maybe I won't. I have met more
people and have enjoyed myself more often having been employed here than
I have ever experienced in my life, the camaraderie is wonderful. To me
the benefits are great, also the 401k works really well and the moral
builder, having BBQ and employee day's such as picnics really brings
everyone together. With the economy having been the way it has been for
awhile the oppurtunity for growth is not as much there as it once was,
but there are still oppurtunites to choose from to maybe change your job
arena, more so than most companies it seems.
