My thought is the overall grade for this company is a passing grade.
There are tmes where moral needs a boost and that is generally when
there is spikes of business at inopportune times, basically during the
down season. The marketing seems to have a good strategy and unlike the
past owners of this company I am not hearing the negative feedback I
once did. Our guidlines at least here in the Seattle market are
excellent, with us responding to a customers issue generally within 24
hours is outstanding. The oppurtunity if one had one, to join this team
should be at least at this time a no brainer, we are headed in the right
direction, the people are great and pay is also not to bad.
