I earn at present about $29,000 p.a. the company operates using a
national wage
base on an agreement between the company and the union.The company pays
wages to
its staff except for senior management who are put on salaries.The
company
offers
incentives for reaching targets that are pre-determined and are based
over the
whole year,these bonuses are always cash payments.We get four weeks paid
annual
leave a year which also attracts a 17.5% leave loading bonus which is
paid to
all
staff regardless of their position.We also if we are able to perform at
a very
high level over a six month period able to recieve shares in the
company,these
rewards are general based on results from our management appraisals
which are
done by our direct supervisors every six months.Management also have
access to
the company car pool which allows us to recieve a company car all new
and which
we pay half the cost for over a period of time determined by your
individual
circumstances,we also have the company pay all service,insurance and
registration
costs as well as fuel.This is a very lucrative deal for all management.
