Corporate culture is to earn profits and by giving just right (read not
above, as it claims) salary/perks to employees. BUT Yes, CTS does give
you the opportunities to grow and that too grow fast. You should be
smart (or should I say brave) enought to take the challenge thrown. Just
like other companies, your salary is exponential to your status and YES,
you need to negotiate hard the salary while coming in. After you come in
they wont entertain you much. Dress code, hours is client specific and
responsibility specific. This being offshore company, you may be in-
charge of onsite/offshore coordination or just an offshore programmer.
In both cases schedule would be demanding but comes with growth
opportunities and onsite placements (for some people, '$' matters most)
later. In start of your career, If you are onsite, you feel the burnt of
client and if you are offshore, its from your onsite team lead (he is
also not sleeping because of some defect :-). Overall, CTS is for hard
workers (2-5 yrs of exp), business/street smart & growth opportunists (5-
12 yrs) & money-minded (>12 yrs). To add more, CTS has very strong
operations, so word of finance/hr is final on almost all the things.
