I had worked for Clinique for over 5 years. I have seen many changes
this company had made. They are an inconsistent company and do not know
where they stand in the industry. Corporate culture is fake! The
standards they place upon their employee's are outrageous and most of
the time unattainable. They do promote within, its generally a very
long process, and you MUST begin in a department store. To this
company, you are just a number with a dollar sign next to you.
