Overall outlook of Clinique is not good. The numbers are consistently
decreasing and competition is high. They lack their view in this
industry and try to be many things that they are not. They have a very
strong name behind them, but many people want something new. Employee
morale is terrible! Many employees hate the company, walk out on the
job, and do not feel supported. They have a high turn-over rate.
Everyday standards of a Clinique Consultant are unrealistic. Lots of
cold-calling, harassing current customers, and they want outsourcing.
They place very high expectations on their employee's. Products need to
be revamped. They pride themselves on their service, you must be very
service oriented. Bottom line, it is never enough with them, they want
blood!
