In the begining, I was offered a six month guarantee until I could build
my business and was transferred to straight salary. I was slow-going
and my manager extended the guarantee until she felt comfortable letting
me go on my own.
Then I was offered a promotion to be a sales assistant with a base
salary plus commission. I also get great perks like $100 in gas per
month. I already invest in our 401K which is easy to use and contribute
to. I receive 10 days paid vacation every year that does not carry
over. After so many years, that number goes up. All in all, work here
is challenging and exciting and it's all worth it!
