Working in a market with a strong urban cluster afforded me the opportunity to move from our AM Gospel station to our Urban AC FM station as a part-time personality, eventually leaving the full-time sales assistant position to become a full-time radio personality for our Urban AC FM station. Then with the launch of our Clear Channel's FM Gospel I was moved to a full-time slot in the launch of the Hallelujah FM brand. As a radio personality dress code is more relaxed than the day t- day sales office position. Also as a full-time radio personality my airshift allows me to be more active in community service (ie. tutoring).
