Most of the interviews were face- to-face, but there was one that was held over the phone. Interview format varied from Panel- Like session with some engineers to 1:1 sessions with the managers. Since this was a technical position, most of the questions were very techinical around Networking. A couple of the interviews with the managers included behavior-based question (e.g. what would you do if a customer was upset about a particular situation). Throughout the interview process, I was treated with great respect and communications from Cisco HR regarding hiring status was good.
