I really enjoyed working for AFC. although I believe I was held back on
my true potenal as a team player. For you see, the corp. heads loved my
work and wanted me to go to different bakeries to teach and learn a
thing or two at the same time. But my Manager seemed to always talk to
them in advance and explain to them how she was the better choice. I
feel that given the oppurtunity,I could have become a District
Manager,or more but she wanted that job title and made it clear-but she
wasnt willing to relocate so things had to be by her rules or no go! I
feel our bakery closed in part to her and that it's re-opening was
sabatoged by her attitude. If Cinnabon were to repoen here as franchise
or otherwise it would be a complete success by me!! And I have
refrences!!I think the reason AFC officals and I got along so well was
because I told them what I wanted and they likewise and we wouldnt
except second best- my manager I believe wanted things done her way or
no way.As far a dress code- I think they need to lose the light colors-
especially around cinnamon!!
