We have two different shifts which are 9:00am-6:00pm. We have well
close to 100,000 employees. The diversity in our company is great. We
have employees and are 18 and we have employees that are 50. We have
hires of all different nationalities, colors, shapes and sizes.Our
dress code consists of nice polo shirts that the company provides and
they have the logo cingular printed on them on the left side of chest.
You can pick whick colors you want also. Dress pants that are nice and
comfortable,they can be any color and can be pleated or not. I wear a
belt with my daily woredrobe, but its not manditory. And last but not
least I wear comfortable black dress shoes. I have those gel inserts
because you stand on your feet alot. My first month of employment I was
promoted to lead managment; which means I take the position of the
manager while he is away. There are many opportunities for advancment
in this company as long as you are willing to work and work hard. Sales
is awsome and you can make mega bucks if you do what is needed to earn
those mega bucks. This company is not going to be going anywhere for a
long time, so nows the best time to get incorporated in this line of
work.
