The home office environment was similar to a mushroom farm,just sit
there and don't move. When the results were finally figured out, and the
corporate shell game was over, it was a matter of putting enough bodies
between the front door and the president. Teams were encouraged as a
means of clearly identifying whom to blame. Challenging authority was
akin to treason and operators were played off against each other like
children involved in a custody battle. Employees who masqueraded as
champions of the people, hid behind blind emails out of area post marks
and armed themselves with half truths and very few facts...and to this
day still believe they knew what they were talking about...and are still
hiding...
