There is no dress code at ChevronTexaco. You will find people in suits and Jeans on any given day. I have always been dressing in business casuals on weekdays and casuals on Fridays. There are a lot of opportunities for advancement. Employees develop their own Career Development Plans (CDP) and discuss it with their supervisors for agreement and implementation.
