| District Manager |
The overall business outlook for this company is excellent. Many new
offices have been opened in the district in the past year. Three of the
offices alone are in Colorado Springs, Colorado The payday advance
service is needed. Advertising is many signage, T.V. and radio. The
company does advances on pay checks and is moving into short-term
loans. Training for job skills and leadership and communication skills
could help build a foundation to improve morale. If someone considers
employment they should be prepared for long hours with a short staff.
There is little support from corporate and everyone does everything.
For example, a district manager may find him or herself doing
transactions and vacuuming the center and clean bathrooms. Training is
not utilized. Turnover is not something the company seems to be
concerned with. Pay is low and they feel that if someone loves the job
that person will work for any amount of pay.
